The My Assignments page is your central hub for tracking every game you have been assigned to. Assignments are organized into three sections: Pending Response, Upcoming Games, and Past Assignments.

Pending Response

When an assigner places you on a game, the assignment starts in a Pending state. These appear at the top of the page under "Pending Response" with a count of how many need your attention.

Each pending assignment card shows:

  • Date and time -- The game's scheduled start and end time.
  • Teams -- Home team vs. away team.
  • Venue and league -- Where the game is played and which league it belongs to.
  • Position and pay -- Your assigned position (for example, "Referee") and the pay rate.
  • Status badge -- A yellow "Pending" label.

Accepting an assignment

  1. Find the assignment under Pending Response.
  2. Select Accept.
  3. Confirm in the dialog that appears.

The assignment moves to the Upcoming Games section with an "Accepted" status.

Declining an assignment

  1. Find the assignment under Pending Response.
  2. Select Decline.
  3. In the confirmation dialog, you can optionally enter a reason (for example, "Schedule conflict" or "Out of town"). This helps the assigner understand why you are declining.
  4. Select Decline to confirm.

The assignment is removed from your list and the position becomes available for other officials.

Upcoming Games

Once you accept an assignment (or claim a game from the Available Games page), it appears under Upcoming Games with a green "Accepted" status badge. These are your confirmed future games.

Each card shows the same game details as pending assignments, plus a Details link that takes you to the full game page.

Withdrawing from an assignment

If you can no longer make a game you previously accepted:

  1. Find the assignment under Upcoming Games.
  2. Select Withdraw.
  3. A confirmation dialog warns you that the admin will need to find a replacement.
  4. Select Withdraw to confirm.

The assignment is removed from your upcoming games. The position becomes available for reassignment.

tipWithdraw as early as possible so the assigner has time to find a replacement. Frequent late withdrawals may affect your standing with the organization.

Past Assignments

Completed games appear under Past Assignments. These are read-only records showing the same game details, your position, pay rate, and final status. Use this section to review your officiating history.

Past dates are grouped separately and may be collapsed by default. Select the section header to expand and view older assignments.

Assignment status reference

  • Pending — You have been assigned but have not yet responded.
  • Accepted — You confirmed the assignment. The game is on your schedule.
  • Declined — You turned down the assignment.
  • Withdrawn — You accepted but later removed yourself from the game.

When you have no assignments

If you see "No assignments yet," you have not been assigned to or claimed any games. Visit Available Games to browse and claim open positions.
